NY1505165 IT Systems Administrator needed for Casa Imports in Utica, NY.

Full Time Position, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Pay rate is $62,000 - $70,000 per year.

The Systems Administrator is responsible for providing daily support of both end users and new/existing server systems. Installation and maintenance of software. This will include both onsite and remote access support, TCP/IP troubleshooting. Administrator will assist employees to understand and use equipment, software, set up new hires accounts/decommission terminated accounts and maintaining a secure environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with companys service providers to assist with network troubleshooting, installation of new software and upgrades of software. Support users on Retalix suite and other ERP applications Troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Must have strong sense of urgency. Maintaining active accounts, creation of new accounts, user terminations, user changes. Maintain vendor relationship, including fulfilling licensing requirements. Ability to complete multiple requests/projects simultaneously.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must work well in a team environment. Well organized and ability to resolve issues in a timely manner. First hand knowledge of using Active Directory Certified technician with 3 years experience in technical support. Knowledge and understanding of networks, including wireless access points, switches, and overall network topology. Prior Retalix applications preferred.
