Starting Hourly Rate: $17.00

• 37.5-hour work week, 7.5-hour workday. A flexible schedule may start after 6 months at the Agency – the options include a four-day work week or a four-day work week every other week

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be expected to learn with and assist the HR Benefits Coordinator with the following job duties:

• Assist with communicating with leave management company and unemployment vendor to effectively track and process all claims.

• Learn how to manage the leave administration process from the employee’s initial notice of medical leave to their return to work.

• Learn how to facilitate accommodation requests under the ADA.

Education:

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Organization, oral and written communication, customer service, and attention to detail skills.

• Ability to work independently and as a team and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA.

• Two years of Human Resources Experience preferred.
