Exciting automation + AI product marketing opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and creative Product Marketing Director to lead our cutting-edge AI portfolio of products. This role reports to the Vice President of Product Marketing, with close collaboration with our product leadership and GTM teams. The Product Marketing Director is responsible for the development and launch of a growing portfolio of innovative AI-powered solutions that enable companies to transform their operations across every department and industry.

As a hands-on leader, you be at the forefront driving a cross-functional team to craft compelling messaging, positioning, and launch strategies. You will partner closely with stakeholders on product roadmap, go-to-market plans, content development, and sales enablement. This is a remote role with the flexibility to work within any U.S. time zone.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Developing the product marketing strategy for our AI portfolio, including the development and execution of product launches.

  • Communicating the product vision, technical details, positioning, and messaging to stakeholders across all departments and organizational layers, including C-suite executives.

  • Telling our product story through polished presentations and demonstrations to industry analysts, customers, prospects, and internal audiences.

  • Serving as a trusted expert on our AI-powered automation solutions, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.

  • Partner closely with go-to-market, core product marketing, customer advocacy, analyst relations, and content marketing to drive success.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience in the high-tech or a similar industry, with a proven track record of launching innovative products.

  • Experience at a fast-growing software company or enterprise organization, managing multiple projects and meeting key deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage cross-functional relationships with teams including product management, sales, partners, demand generation, and customer success.

You excel in these key competencies:

  • Impeccable communication and writing skills.

  • Exceptional presentation skills, particularly with executive audiences, both internally and externally.

  • Ability to generate strategies driven by creativity and analytics, while gaining alignment with executive stakeholders.

The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $190,000 to $225,000 and outside of those locations is $170,000 to $205,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonus payments, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
