Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Executive Sourcer!

We're looking for a dynamic Senior Executive Sourcer to join ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions! In this role, you'll drive the candidate sourcing process for both exempt and non-exempt roles, crafting and executing innovative sourcing strategies across various tools and methods. You'll support recruiters, collaborate with clients, and develop a robust pipeline of talent for challenging positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative sourcing strategies and diverse candidate pipelines.

• Source Executive level roles (Director+)

• Utilize technical tools and networks to attract top talent.

• Partner with recruiters to address sourcing gaps and develop strategies.

• Manage ATS, generate reports, and maintain candidate data.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in executive-level sourcing with proven strategy development success.

• Expertise in Internet and social media sourcing, and a strong grasp of recruiting technologies.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
