Advantive Sales Enablement Manager in US, United States

As the Sales Enablement Manager you will be responsible for managing the deployment of sales process, bootcamps & certification programs, and sales training that drives elite performance within the sales organization. Success in the role will be measured by your ability to drive predictability in our revenue growth, increase the productivity of our sales team, and minimize ramp-up time for new hires.

As an experienced cross-functional leader, you will triage sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure that our sales content is effective in driving results and that sales training is developed and optimized to drive consistency in how we engage and grow with our customers and prospects.

This position reports to the Director of Sales Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enablement programs that deliver quantifiable and measurable improvements, such as reduced time to full productivity

  • Develop and deploy effective certification and accreditation programs that enhance sales team productivity and effectiveness

  • Deliver and enhance role-specific bootcamps, applying a graduation concept to ensure high standards and effectiveness

  • Utilize enablement technologies such as MindTickle, Seismic, and Gong to improve sales outcomes through enhanced sales training and engagement

  • Develop and manage development of training materials, eLearning modules, sales aids

  • Own content management system strategy and buildout

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree Required

  • 4+ years of experience in Enablement/Training, including 2+ years specifically supporting GTM/Sales team

  • Travel expected: <25%

  • Office Requirements: Fully remote
