What You’ll Do
Be the Go-To Fixer: Offer essential frontline support for hardware, software, and business applications like Salesforce, Shopify, Office 365, and more.
Collaborate for Success: Manage vendor relationships to keep systems humming and help onboard new IT tools.
Sharpen Processes: Uncover workflow improvements and offer user-friendly training to keep the team at the top of its game.
Drive Innovation: Play a key role in IT projects aimed at streamlining system integrations and improving efficiency.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of IT support with knowledge of tools like Salesforce, Shopify, and Office 365 (bonus points for admin experience).
Tech enthusiast with strong problem-solving skills and a knack for communicating with both tech specialists and non-tech users.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Technical Process Improvement Analyst or similar role
• Proficient in CRM systems and practices
• Demonstrable experience in business process improvement
• Strong knowledge and experience in desktop support
• Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of technical requirements for business process improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
