Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for 2 Maintenance Technicians to join our team on 3rd shift. Our company is an automotive manufacturer and tier 1-supplier specializing in manufacturing headliners, door trim, and body side parts. Our plant employs close to 500 personnel.

3rd SHIFT: 10:00pm to 6:30am - Sunday PM to Friday AM

Expect 10-15 hours/week of OT - must be comfortable with this schedule (deal breaker if seeking 40 hours).

Pay - Up to $35/hour - potential for $1 more for a top performer!

We have recently implemented a TPC program where employees can opt into and complete pre-testing to test out of the program. If they cannot pass the test, we will provide additional courses and training. Once employees pass the testing, their pay increases to $37.50 an hour!

Work Environment

Serving the upper Ohio region’s automotive industry, the Upper Sandusky plant services surrounding customers. The plant produces headliners, door trim, and bodyside parts. The plant has foam manufacturing capabilities related to headliner forming. Ohio operations employ over five hundred personnel with a plant campus over 352,000 square feet. In addition to headliner forming and door assembly, Ohio has injection mold presses in the range of 100 to 3000 tons.
