Computer Solutions 2000 Technical Sales Representative in Upland, California

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by combining your technical expertise with strong sales acumen. This unique position requires a balance of technical knowledge and sales skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to clients. You will have the opportunity to leverage your technical background to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships. Your primary function will be customer service and Technical Sales, with a secondary role in fulfilling technical repair needs as necessary.

Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities Leverage your technical expertise to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs Manage the sales process from lead qualification to closing, including negotiation of contracts and terms Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner Complete level 1 technical software repairs to meet customers needs

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus Proven track record of success in technical sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex client requirements Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events Technical troubleshooting background Problem solving skills Proficient English writing composition and technical documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling technical products or solutions in Information Technology Familiarity with Microsoft products, network equipment, current model computer hardware, desktops and laptops Familiarity with technical troubleshooting Certifications in sales or technical fields such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Technical Sales Professional (CTSP)
