What you'll be doing...
- Conduct financial analysis to support hospital budgeting, workforce planning, and cost control efforts.
- Audit decision support systems to ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and financial transparency.
- Analyze healthcare financial trends, investigate KPI variances, and develop actionable strategies to meet hospital objectives.
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports, offering insights into operational and clinical efficiency.
- Collaborate with department leaders, providing training and financial decision support to optimize resources and patient care outcomes.

- Healthcare finance expertise -- experience in a hospital, healthcare system, or related setting is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify financial trends, optimize cost structures, and support hospital leadership.
- Experience with EPIC, Lawson, and decision support systems (or similar healthcare financial platforms).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. MBA, MHA, or advanced degree preferred.
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to bridge finance and clinical operations.
Here's the important details:
- Location: Downtown Seattle (Hybrid after training and orientation)
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Pay Range: $35-$51/hour (DOE)
- Employment Type: 3+ month temporary/contract role with potential for temp-to-hire
- Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check and 10-panel drug screen.
