Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited school

• A current state license are your tickets to this journey of inspiration.

• Must obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) in accordance with Washington State Regulations.

Pay Range

$40.59 - $58.85 /hour
