JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Department of Finance within The Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for an Assistant Clinical Professor position. The start date for Fall 2024 positions is August 19, 2024. Spring 2025 positions start January 6, 2025. This is a non-tenure track term appointment primarily emphasizing teaching responsibilities in the Undergraduate, MBA, and Masters of Finance programs. The position is an ideal appointment for individuals wishing to concentrate on teaching and related activities such as mentoring and advising. Assistant Clinical Professors typically teach six courses per year.

Candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. in Finance or a closely related field. Salary is competitive and will depend on qualifications.
