What You'll Do:

• Work one-on-one with children, using proven methods to promote independence and positive behavior.

• Be part of a team that helps children develop skills and follow care plans.

• Record session notes on a device.

• Create a fun, supportive environment for kids and build great relationships with families.

• Work closely with families and providers to improve results.

What We're Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• A passion for helping children with Autism.

• Patience, compassion, and a calm attitude, even during challenging moments.

Other Important Info:

• Work is done at clients' homes or community locations.

• All roles start part-time.

• You'll need to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

• A 6-month minimum commitment is required.
