This is a 3rd Shift role (SUN-THUR, 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM), in the Electronic Assembly department with a starting rate of $18 per hour with a 10% shift premium. You will be on-site at our Twinsburg, OH production facility and reporting to one of our 3rd Shift Production Supervisor's. JOB SUMMARY: Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances. RESPONSIBLITIES and ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: May perform the following: Work with Surface Mount Technologies and other machining processes Set up and operate multiple machines and work stations at once - Works with components and full PC board layouts for final product creation Create and apply labels onto PCBs (manually and/or automated) Burns firmware programs into electronic components using programming machines Prepare reels and feeders for use on surface mount technology (SMT) machines; count materials and moves to production line Set up and operate optical inspection machine and perform visual classification and repair of rejected boards Follow established procedures on routine work and standard operating procedures Frequently interact with peers and customers (typically internal) to exchange or present factual information Operate plated through-hole (PTH) machine to install axial, radial and DIP electronic components onto PCBs Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications Perform other duties as needed BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: At least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED OR 1 year of related work experience Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
