Sam Auto Trans LLC seeks Business Analyst for Twinsburg, OH. Duties: Provide business analysis, project management, and change management expertise in delivering complex solutions across various business and functions. Build data processing applications to ensure smooth and logical migration of data provided by clients into data warehouse. Translate business requirements into product-specific designs and configuration, detailed requirement specifications and use cases, provides accurate and timely information and appropriate notification. Partner with customers to define business needs and elicit business requirements. Ensure various reports, analytics, dashboards, KPI's, corporate reporting are delivered accurately and on time. Analyze requirements for new systems and scope integration into client's databases. Lead design and implementation of end-to-end analytics solutions (ad hoc and ongoing). Create SQL procedures to load the transformed data into the appropriate tables in the data warehouse. Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the department, as appropriate. Cutover and Data Migration: Contribute to the development and execution of the cutover plan, ensuring a smooth transition to the new ERP system. User Acceptance Testing, prepare and execute User Acceptance Test scripts to validate that the ERP system meets business requirements. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field. Requires 5 years of I.T. experience with business applications, including: preparing functional and programming specifications and test plans; application testing and modification; conduct analysis of business process and rules to connect I.T./technical solutions with business requirements; and work with government agencies on application projects, testing, training, and support. Required skillset: business modeling tools (StarUML, MS Visio, or Rational Rose); Agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps); software development life cycle models; Agile and Waterfall project management principles; modeling on Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Activity Diagrams; data platforms Amazon Web Services (AWS), MS SQL, MS Access; MS Office (Excel, Visio, Word, Outlook, Project Server, Power Point).
