We are expanding our Retail Pharmacy Services to the Magic Valley!

Are you ready to step into a pivotal role at a brand-new pharmacy? St. Luke’s is on the lookout for a dynamic Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to lead our talented team at the Magic Valley Medical Center Retail Pharmacy. This is your chance to make a real impact in a fresh, innovative environment!

What You Can Expect:

  • Lead the Charge: Take charge of the daily productivity of our pharmacy technical staff, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced setting.

  • Drive Workflow: Monitor and prioritize the workflow of pharmacy technicians, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Mentorship & Guidance: Provide hands-on guidance and instruction to your technician team, fostering professional growth and development.

  • Scheduling Maestro: Develop and publish employee schedules that keep our pharmacy running smoothly.

  • Training & Development: Coordinate staff training and development initiatives to ensure every technician is equipped to excel in their role.

  • Performance Improvement: Lead performance improvement activities and play an integral role in employee evaluations, corrective actions, and more—all in collaboration with the department leader.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Four (4) years of relevant experience.

  • Valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician Registration.

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience.
