Insurance Specialist Job Description

Our Corporate Office located in Twin Falls is looking for an exceptionalInsurance Specialist. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service and assist truck drivers and fleets with their insurance requirements. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients, comprehending their needs, and helping them to obtain the right coverage.

Insurance Specialist Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of the role

• Answer phones, emails, etc.

• Complete assigned tasks for the vetting and setting up of new customers

• Cold Calls

• Growing relationships with all current and future clients

Insurance Specialist Qualifications

• Experience in the trucking industry is preferred

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask

• Strong customer service skills

• Business-minded, with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
