Description We are looking for a Sales Support detail oriented to join our team based in Tustin, California. In this role, you will be responsible for inside sales, customer service, and technical support. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, providing a chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a database of current and potential customers.

• Handle outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.

• Demonstrate the features of our products and stay informed about competitors' products and services.

• Upsell products and services to customers to achieve sales goals.

• Research and qualify new leads, leading to successful sales closure.

• Occasionally travel for customer meetings and tradeshows.

• Take on additional responsibilities outside of the job description as needed.

• Provide technical support to customers and resolve their inquiries.

• Collaborate with the Area Sales manager to optimize sales strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Configure Price Quote (CPQ) software

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Able to promptly and professionally handle inbound calls

• Experience in auditing and billing functions

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

• Previous experience in a sales support role

• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry

• Proactiveness in problem-solving and ability to work in a team environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
