Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Tustin, California
Description We are in the search for a Human Resources (HR) Manager who will be joining our team located in Tustin, California. The focus of this role is to establish a strong relationship with different levels of management and employees, handle employee relations issues, maintain a variety of reports, and assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans. This role will also involve assisting the HR Department with various projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and cultivate relationships with various levels of management and employees within the company
• Handle various employee relations issues, conduct due diligence, and carry out investigations when necessary
• Compile, maintain, and support a variety of reports using suitable reporting tools
• Collaborate with District Managers to determine the ongoing training needs of teams at each location and conduct or coordinate necessary training programs
• Play an integral role in the Training and Safety Program, including generating and distributing certificates and ensuring appropriate record-keeping
• Work closely with the General Counsel to develop and implement short and long-term planning for employee development and job growth
• Provide necessary support and counsel to managers and process confidential data and information according to guidelines
• Assist the HR Department with special projects, audits, surveys, and spreadsheet analysis as needed or requested
• Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HCM, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Hiring Processes. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in Human Resources management.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
• Familiarity with Ceridian and HCM software.
• Experience with Benefit Functions within an HR context.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of Compliance within the HR field.
• Proven ability to handle Employee Relations.
• Experience in Hiring Processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
