Job Title: Payable Specialist

Job Description

We seek a dedicated Payable Specialist with three years of full-cycle AP desk experience. The successful candidate will review invoices for appropriate GL coding, proof of product/service delivery, sales tax charges, credit memos, and weekly check runs. PO matching experience is a must. The role involves handling a high volume of invoices, up to 1500 monthly.

Hard Skills

  • Full-cycle AP desk experience

  • Reviewing invoices for GL coding and proof of delivery

  • Sales tax and credit memo processing

  • Weekly check runs

  • PO matching

  • Prioritizing invoice payments

  • Monitoring electronic inboxes

  • Processing monthly expense reports

  • Determining GL codes

  • Reconciling vendor statements

  • High-volume invoice processing (up to 1500 monthly)

Job Type
