[The Lumber Mill Production Operator is responsible for general clean up around the mill and equipment. Duties include but not limited to:]{segoe="" ui",="" arial,="" sans-serif"=""}]{segoe="" ui",="" arial,="" sans-serif"=""}]{segoe="" ui",="" arial,="" sans-serif"=""}]{segoe="" ui",="" arial,="" sans-serif"=""}]{segoe="" ui",="" arial,="" sans-serif"=""}

  • Utilize tools to clean up in mill such as brooms, shovels, and rakes.
  • Perform daily clean up tasks around equipment in sawmill.
  • Learn various jobs within the mill to have the ability to move up and/or break out operators.
  • Operate mobile equipment.

  • Required Qualifications: Willing to work any shift including weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed.

  • Commitment to safety.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change.
  • Ability to adhere to all safety policies and regulations including wearing safety equipment.
  • Ability to work in noisy environment.
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work from elevated positions using required safety gear and procedures.
  • Ability to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for extended periods of time.
  • Able to work in a variety of environmental conditions.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
