Seeking a proactive Sales Support Representative to aid our outside sales staff and customer base by providing essential product information, quotations, and order processing. The role involves supporting various needs such as checking lead times, parts research, estimated completion dates, handling change orders, and effectively communicating any issues. Additionally, the candidate will furnish the production team with precise information and well-prepared work orders, and maintain robust customer follow-up procedures to maximize both sales and customer satisfaction.
