In this role, you will … be a key member of the ESI communications team, partnering with colleagues across the team to create exceptional communication deliverables, from emails, to PowerPoint decks to newsletters. You’ll also support the logistics of communication events such as town halls and webinars.

THE ROLE:

The ESI Communications Delivery Executive primarily works with team members across the ESI communications function.

The role is delivery focused and so you will be responsible for generating and editing content for internal and client campaigns such as service-related updates, product/solution enhancements, leadership communications, organizational and legislative updates, event/town hall invites, emergency outages/incidents, etc. You will also take the lead on gathering and editing content for ESI-wide and function newsletters, bulletins, and blogs.

Most communications are issued in English, and so an excellent command of spoken and written English is essential.

The post reports to the Senior Communications Manager in Tunis (Tunisia) and will be based in that office.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate, edit/proofread, and deliver content for internal and client campaigns such as service-related updates, product/solution enhancements, leadership communications, organizational and legislative updates, event/town hall invites, emergency outages/incidents, etc.

  • Support content/copy writing projects with proofreading, editing, reviewing, and revising content as required.

  • Publish communications campaigns via distribution channels such as email, Polite Mail (Outlook Add-on), Intranet/ADPWorks, Client Documentation Tool, Eloqua, The Bridge Communities, etc.

  • Maintain mailing lists for different audiences, keeping them up-to-date and accurate.

  • Support with standardization of ESI communications process and prepare SOPs as required.

  • Catalog, monitor, produce and deliver global and regional communications according to the defined global schedule.

  • Lead any assigned projects or initiatives as agreed with Senior Director Communications ESI.

  • Evaluate, deploy, and maintain automated tools that support the communication strategy while improving quality and efficiency.

  • Ensure global communications policies and standards are adhered to.

  • Generate campaigns statistics where applicable and share the same with stakeholders along with areas for improvement.

  • Project manage the delivery of internal and client communications projects.

  • Conduct final review/edit of key associate and client communications prior to delivery.

  • Develop and maintain communication library / repository for associate and client communication materials.

  • Provide assistance, guidance, and support to regional teams for preparation and delivery of localized communication, as required.

WHERE YOU’LL BE:

  • The post is based in ADP’s office in Tunis, Tunisia. We offer a 3/2 work week, with three days in the office and two working from home.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Excellent spoken and written English is vital.

  • Strong editing and proof-reading experience.

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite, including the use and development of templates and the use of PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint applications.

  • Highly creative and capable of creating exciting campaigns and copy for internal and external corporate communications (ad hoc campaigns and scheduled projects).

  • Ability to maintain full confidentiality on sensitive topics.

  • Highly organized with proven ability to meet stringent deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Flexible approach to working as part of a global team.

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and on own initiative.

Bonus points for these:

  • Previous experience of working across a globally dispersed team.

  • Proven experience (three years) in corporate communication, preferably within the HR or technology industry.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Computer graphics and design skills.
