What you'll do...

As a Market Real Estate Execution Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of your dedicated market. We are seeking adaptable, self-motivated individuals with a passion for leadership and a proven track record of success in facilities maintenance, construction management, retail management, store planning, or similar, to join our team.

What you'll do:

• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.

• Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.

• Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

• Drives compliance with laws and regulations for construction programs by overseeing acceptable standards of performance for contractors and suspending non-compliant work; ensuring resolution of noncompliance; maintaining certifications; enforcing regulatory standards in company programs (for example, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) refrigerant handling compliance); and providing direction in the application of new or changing initiatives.

• Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

• Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.

• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness.

• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in construction management, retail management, store planning, engineering, architecture, or a related field OR 5 years of experience in construction management, retail management, store planning, engineering, architecture, or related field

• Ability to travel throughout the Market as needed (roughly 50%), some overnight travel required.

• Proficiency in MS Office

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
