Aerotek Maintenance Technician in TULSA, Oklahoma

Automation/Maintenance Technician

$26-35 / HR | Tulsa, OK

Overview:

As an Automation Technician or Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting automated systems and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Your expertise will contriubute to our production efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment and control systems.

  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and improvements.

  • Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.

  • Assist in the training of staff on equipment operation and safety.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in automation or maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
