This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Job Title:Hospitality ManagerDepartment:Food & BeverageReports To:Senior Food & Beverage ManagerFLSA Status:Exempt/Salaried/Full TimePosition Summary The Hospitality Manager oversees all Arena suite operations including sporting events, concerts, various shows, and special functions. The manager is responsible for food and beverage orders for Suite, ONEOK Club, and Loge Box holders and all serving of any alcoholic beverage by suite attendants in all suite areas. The manager has oversight and supervisory responsibility for the food and beverage requirements of special events as designated by the Director of the Food & Beverage department and backstage catering needs. The Hospitality Manager is responsible for meeting budgetary guidelines and facility food and beverage standards.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for recruiting and developing all F&B premium services staff.Coordinates with the Premium Services & Sales Manager to ensure superior customer service to all premium level guests.Reviews banquet event orders for all catering events at BOK.Produces event billing, ensuring that all costs are properly captured and including in billing; Maintains payment database to ensure event deposits are received.Monitors and implements suite inventory, equipment, and maintenance.Serves as a liaison with other event staff affecting the suite levels, including security, maintenance, event services, catering company, and guest services departments and tenant teams at both facilities. Develops work plans including scheduling and assigns appropriate duties to subordinates within the suites and bars.Ensures all staff adheres to State & Local Alcohol enforcement regulations.Coordinates with Warehouse Manager on inventory, ordering, and stocking all suite related products.Enforce all liquor laws & adhere to all health department regulations.Responsible for proper cash handling procedures for all suite attendants.Provide the highest customer service excellence.Ensure compliance with all Savor F&B policies and procedures.Required to have sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money.Required to speak and understand basic English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees.Responsible for developing and implementing suite training programs, policies, and procedures.Have the ability to take direction from executive management team and effectively organize and supervise all staff.Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees (including other departments). Enforce all sanitation procedures including safety guidelines and OSHA requirements. Direct the organization of all equipment for an event as well as ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment during and after functions. Make sure all storerooms are clean, organized and secured.Follow all designated opening and closing procedures to ensure areas are secure and energy efficient. Follows all rules and regulations which apply to the food and beverage operations and to SMG Food and Beverage Division.This position requires the ability to work flexible, sometimes long hours which include nights, weekends, and holidays.Other duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesResponsible for interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding; disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources department; addressing complaints and resolving problems.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Computer experience preferred.
