System One is assisting a Tulsa-based client with a search for a Financial Analyst. This position works with a great team who excel in their areas of expertise. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities:

• Support company management and operational leadership by executing special projects including financial modeling and analysis, performing research and conclusions

• Coordinate the budget process working across the organization with different facilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports with variance analysis. Manage the related planning and reporting software developing and distributing reports

• Support additional groups with financial analysis requests

• Provide cash flow forecasting, bank compliance and global reporting

  Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role requiring analytical thinking and problem solving

• Public accounting or cost accounting activities strongly preferred

• Financial modeling and forecasting experience highly preferred

• Advanced skills in Excel and other financial modeling tools

• Team player with ability to work well across the organization

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

  Salary: $90K - $110K
