System One has multiple opportunities seeking individuals with Business Analyst experience who will be assisting with the implantation, update, and successful integration of various technical software applications and infrastructure to enhance business across various functions. These opportunities range from contract, temporary projects, and permanent roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Cultivate strong relationships with internal customers, maintaining open communication and acting as a liaison between IT and departments regarding project needs and status, providing solutions and exemplary customer service.

• Collaborate in planning, designing, developing, and deploying new applications and enhancements to existing applications, defining project scope, identifying needs, proposing solutions, establishing timelines, and facilitating communication between IT and end users. Contribute to creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.

• Develop and maintain process models and diagrams to illustrate current and proposed workflows, identify issues, and explore alternative options.

• Create comprehensive test plans and cases aligned with business requirements and objectives. Conduct various testing activities, including functional, regression, usability, and performance testing.

• Document and track defects found during testing, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution while keeping stakeholders informed.

• Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on business processes, systems, and stakeholders, developing and communicating strategies for successful implementation and adoption.

• Create, maintain, and deliver documentation such as procedures, workflows, and user guides.

• Contribute to special projects and other directives assigned by management.

  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  Knowledge/Skill/Ability

• Five to seven years of proven experience as a Business/QA Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in software testing and business analysis.

• Proven experience in utilizing, managing, and enhancing Dynamics 365 F&O or SCM.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for relaying test results and collaborating with stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing tasks and priorities.

• Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret complex business requirements.

• Familiarity with various software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools.

• Well-organized, able to prioritize, and self-motivated.

• Adaptability to rapid changes and ability to handle multiple tasks and unexpected delays while maintaining attention to detail.

  EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field required.

  PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Project Management training or experience.
