We are seeking a talented Architectural Project Coordinator, with a passion for design, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple project assignments for clients (national and or local). LEED AP a plus.

Duties:

• Manage multiple assignments for clients

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications

• Prepare and review architectural construction documents

• Lead project meetings and effectively communicate project status updates

  Experience/Qualifications:

• Architecture graduate from accredited school of architecture (Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture)

• Licensed or on track to licensed

• Commercial architectural design

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• REVIT, AutoCAD Architecture, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rendering skills

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Proven experience in architectural project coordination

• Strong skills in sketching and drafting architectural designs

• Knowledge of interior design principals is a plus
