System One Accountant in Tulsa, Oklahoma

System One has partnered with a dynamic Tulsa company that is interested in locating an Accountant to join their team. This position would be perfect for an individual who wants to work with a stable and family-oriented organization in a small office environment! Position is in-office, but there may be an option for a hybrid arrangement after 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day and month-end accounting activities

  • Prepare journal entries

  • Account reconciliations

  • Invoicing and collections

  • Inventory tracking and reconciliation

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an Accounting or Bookkeeping role

  • Sound accounting knowledge with good understanding of debits & credits

  • Strong Excel skills required

  • Attention to detail essential

  • Must be comfortable working in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred, but not essential)

  • Great attitude, team player, effective communicator
