iParametrics LLC Senior Construction Scheduler in Tullahoma, Tennessee

JOB TITLE: SENIOR CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULER LOCATION: Arnold Air Force Base, Tullahoma, TN JOB DESCRIPTION iParametrics is partnering with a leading engineering, procurement, and construction company to support three large projects under the test operations and sustainability program for the Department of Defense at Arnold Air Force Base in Tullahoma, TN. (Tullahoma is southeast of Nashville.)  We are seeking a skilled Senior Construction Scheduler to join our team. The Senior Construction Scheduler is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining integrated project schedules to support large-scale construction projects. This role collaborates with project teams, estimators, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of activities, accurate reporting, and alignment with project objectives. The Senior Construction Scheduler oversees scheduling efforts and ensures all plans are aligned with technical approaches, cost estimates, and compliance standards. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage integrated construction schedules using Primavera P6, aligning with the project’s technical approach and milestones.

  • Oversee and guide schedulers in creating and maintaining project schedules.

  • Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure accurate integration of scheduling data with cost control systems, such as Cobra.

  • Participate in schedule review processes, incorporating feedback to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

  • Monitor and update project schedules to reflect progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions to keep projects on track.

  • Ensure schedules comply with applicable Federal, State, and Local codes and standards, including Department of Energy (DOE) Orders when required.

  • Provide detailed schedule analysis and reporting for stakeholders, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

  • A minimum of 14 years of experience in project scheduling or project controls, with a focus on construction projects.

  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.

  • Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and Local codes and standards relevant to project controls, including DOE regulations.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including estimators, engineers, and project managers.

  • Excellent communication skills to present scheduling updates and analyses to stakeholders effectively.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with cost control tools and integration of scheduling and cost data (e.g., Cobra).

  • Familiarity with large-scale construction projects, particularly industrial or infrastructure-related efforts.

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying schedule risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

  • Professional certifications such as Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.

    BENEFITS & COMPENSATION As a W2 employee of iParametrics, team members are eligible for benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance, company matching 401K plan, and PTO. All benefits are subject to plan terms and applicable waiting periods. This is an exempt position with an annual salary of $132,600 to $148,200 based on experience, background, and skills. PROJECT LOCATION & PER DIEMS Arnold Air Force Base is approximately  one hour southeast of suburban Nashville, TN. All candidates should expect to be on site at the project for its duration of approximately two years. Per diems and rotations will not be provided. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
