Duties

• Assist with Meal Preparation, Personal Care, Light Housework, and Transporation
• Provide direct client care and ensure client safety
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with mobility and lifting when necessary
• Support clients with hospice care needs
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client

Requirements

• A caring heart
• Previous experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
• Time Management and Cooking Skills
• Valid Driver's License, Car Insurance, and Reliable Transportation
• Pass Drug and Background Screening.
