Randstad is looking for an experienced Project Manager in Visalia, CA! Must have prior experience. Background in the milking/dairy industry is a huge plus! Additional expereince required: SAP/ERP systems, WMS, EDI, Syspro, and microsoft office. Pay starting $100,000-$130,000 based on experience! Monday-Friday, home by 5, and home for the weekends!

Responsibilities

Three (3) or more years relative experience in information technology project management,

system implementation, or system support.

 Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science or similar

subject preferred.

 Experience with business requirements gathering and analysis.

 Experience with information processing practices and project planning. Must have strong

critical thinking skills.

 Experience with 3PL and/or warehousing in the dairy products and food ingredients industries

strongly preferred.

 Ability to handle multiple projects, strong problem-solving capability, excellent interpersonal/

communication skills.

 strong attention to detail.

 Working knowledge of warehousing standards and inventory management systems preferred.

 Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems preferred.

 Working knowledge of key concepts:

o Lot Traceability

o Reclassification of inventory

o Product arriving “on-hold” or being placed “on-hold” due to lab results

o Break down and reassembly of pallets

o Unit of measure conversion

o Damage product handling & recording

o Organic versus conventional product management

o Warehouse certification processes

o Orders-based EDI
