Customer Support Specialist (B2B) -- Tukwila, WA

What You'll be Doing...

*Take orders from existing and new customers, making thoughtful product recommendations, clearly explaining product performance and delivery expectations.

*Work closely with a small, tight-knit team, focused on delivering high-quality customer service and contributing to revenue growth.

*Solve tier 1 customer issues...know when to escalate or solve independently.

*Support inside sales initiatives such as following-up with existing customers to research and identify business opportunities, follow-up on warm leads, upselling/cross-selling product, and building strong relationships with customers.

Here's what your work history needs to show as evidence that you're the right candidate...

*3-5 years of experience in a B2B customer support role

*Previous inside sales experience is preferred

*Hands-on experience with enterprise-wide electronic order entry systems

*Proven success working in small to mid-sized company environments

*Communicate clearly with customers, solve problems, and follow through.

*A track record showing stability, learning, and growth.

Here's the important details:

*Location: Tukwila, WA (100% onsite)

*Direct hire with a comprehensive benefits package from day one

*Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

*Hourly pay rate: $28-$32/hr. depending on experience
