Do you have experinc in munfactruing and logistics as a lead/ Supervisor? Read below for more information and hit if you meet all qualifications! As the Manufacturing Warehouse Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective handling of materials and products. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, coordinate with other departments, and implement best practices to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

salary: $17 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.

• Ensure the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products.

• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet production and shipping needs.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure seamless operations and timely fulfillment of orders.

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, addressing any maintenance or repair needs.

• Analyze warehouse processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.

The essential functions of this role include:

• Supervisor/Coach (2 years of experience is preferred)
