Community Health Systems Senior Administrator of Physician Practices in TUCSON, Arizona

Description

The Senior Administrator is responsible for overseeing Primary & Specialty outpatient physician clinics for Northwest Healthcare in Tucson, AZ.

The Senior Administrator of Physician Practices develops and ensures effective strategic and operational plans to achieve expected results across Allied physician practices for operational effectiveness, patient/customer satisfaction, employee engagement, financial health, business development and quality & safety outcomes.

Plans and directs all personnel in a clinic setting. Develops and implements nursing policies, objectives, and initiatives. Reviews department operations to ensure compliance with established standards. Ensures that all patients receive the highest quality care. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.

Education

Required: Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or Healthcare Administration

Preferred: Masters in Business, Finance or Healthcare Administration

Experience

Required: Five years experience in a senior level, strategic leadership role for a large physician practice including expertise with multi-specialty group administration, physician recruitment and development, financial operations and ACO.
