JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute communications strategies, including written content, video, and photography.

• Handle media inquiries and create marketing materials

• Coordinate external stakeholder communications, logistics, and on-site event management.

• Oversee the creation, management, and distribution of internal communication materials, including FFF employee newsletter, BayTV slides, InfoZone flyers, Town Hall and Connections Meetings

• Assist in creating graphics and other creative materials for both internal and external communications, including collaborating with NuPoint when necessary.

• Produce, film, edit, and script videos, including developing talking points for tours and communications.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or relevant.

• 1-3 years of experience in Communications, Public Relations agency, corporate experience or journalism.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Able to Produce, film, edit, and script videos.
