Job Description

A large Insurance company is hiring a Bilingual Insurance Service Coaches to join a fun team in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you'll supervise and develop a team of insurance service specialists. You'll drive performance, build a happy team, and help develop individual skills.

This is a large company and a position that would have 15-20 direct reports. This role can either be on-site at the client's Tucson, AZ. location., or remote in Tennessee or Texas. This is a full time permanent role, and is listed at $42,000-$48,000/year based on experience. There is potential for quarterly or yearly bonuses as well. Must be Spanish bilingual.

Supervisory experience

Possess a strong service background with the ability to drive results for your team. Insurance sales & service experience a plus!

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish Insurance sales background null
