Robert Half Audit Prep Specialist in Tucson, Arizona

Description

Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced candidates in Audit Preparation to join their team on a contract basis to help them during year-end! This is based out of their Tucson location, and will be about 3 months or so long, with potential to extend and go permanent for the right candidates. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to build on their audit experience, and help an organization meeting their deadline.

As the Audit Preparation Specialist you'll be taking on:

  • Assisting in the audit process

  • Assisting in internal audits, and working closely with the Controller and Accounting Manager

  • Maintaining audit documentation

  • Identifying and implementing areas of improvement

  • Ensuring adherence to corporate policies

  • Managing audit schedules

  • Resolving audit-related issues

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred

  • Prior audit preparation experience

  • Knowledge of audit standards/procedures

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
