The Cook trains to prep food, cook, clean dishes, keep a clean area, manage a par list, learn opening and closing procedures for their station, have a food handler's license, practice good hygiene and safety, and be able to cook correct quantities in a consistent way to guarantee delicious, safely prepared food for our guests.
