Robert Half has partnered with an established and growing construction company in the Shelton area, in the search for a Project Administrator. This is a wonderful company with longevity in the marketplace and a growing finance department.

Overview of responsibilities include facilitating work for project managers including issuing purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, change order requests, assisting with billing, compliance, general accounting support and ad hoc reporting. You will also be working on submittals based on client requirements, maintaining documentation and permitting, and working on daily schedules for customers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related experience, well versed in MS Excel- pivot tables or vlookup experience helpful, ability to problem solve and high attention to detail. Must have strong communication skills and a go-getter attitude. This is a permanent full time position with a salary depending on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.
