Property Management company looking for a Groundskeeper to join their team to maintain residential properties throughout the greater

Albany area.

Pay : $18/HR

Shift : 8am-430pm Monday - Friday

**2 Round Interview and Immediate starts available.

Groundskeeper Responsibilities :

• Maintain landscapes of all assigned grounds

• Clean and maintain all driveways and parking lots

• Collect and dispose of all fallen plant debris, snow, and other garbage on the property

• Mow grass, prune plants, eradicate weeds and remove undesirable shrubs

• Operate, clean, and repair all tools and lawn equipment

• Perform light maintenance duties

Work Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must have a personal and reliable mode of transportation and an active driver’s license
