  • Average pay 50k+ for Associate, 75k+ for Officer
  • Eligible for bank-wide bonus up to 8%

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We're looking for a Treasury Sales Officer or Associate to join our team in Troy, MI.

As a community bank, we're dedicated to supporting our customers and helping them thrive. In this role, your focus is on new and existing business customers. Your mission is simple - connect them to the treasury products that allow them to handle their business more efficiently and securely.

By partnering with our Commercial Bankers and branch personnel, you will complete Treasury Management Reviews at the Officer level and provide support during sales conversations and assist with preparing presentations and proposals at the Associate level. At either level, you will need to be administratively capable and an expert in treasury management product information.

Someone who enjoys technology and is naturally curious is likely to thrive in this position. We have many solutions available, and are continuously adding to, refining, and upgrading our product lineup. As our Treasury Management products are primarily online systems, someone who is technologically savvy and a quick learner when it comes to software is essential in this role.

This role will take you to customer visits across the greater Metro Detroit area where you'll use your power to connect, build relationships, and uncover opportunities. We take pride in selling the right product for the customer's needs and you will represent the Bank with integrity. Your strong organizational skills and quick follow-up will ensure a successful hand-off to our implementation team.

Officer level candidates must have prior experience in Treasury Management/Banking, however, at the Associate level prior knowledge of treasury management and banking is helpful, but it's not required.

You'll be expected to be in-office for the first few months while you're learning the ropes, and after may be eligible to work from home 20% of the time.
