About the Role:
HTC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Sales Hunter to drive new business growth and expand key accounts in the Healthcare industries. You’ll be responsible for selling IT Staffing and Professional Services, developing strong client relationships, and generating a high-impact sales pipeline.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and acquire new clients while expanding existing accounts.
Sell IT Staffing and Professional Services by positioning value-driven solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, influencing key decision-makers.
Lead sales presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
Utilize CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, recruiting, sales support) to ensure client success.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven success in IT Staffing & Professional Services sales – 5+ years of direct hunting experience.
Industry Expertise – Healthcare, HIT
Track Record of Closing High-Value Deals – Experience selling multi-year contracts of $20M+ with ACV in the $5M-$15M range.
Strong Relationship Builder – Ability to engage C-level executives and key stakeholders.
Tech-Savvy Sales Professional – Familiar with Digital, Data & Cloud solutions.
Competitive and Goal-Oriented – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to articulate value, influence decisions, and close deals.
Self-Motivated & Strategic Thinker – Passion for business development, proactive lead generation, and deal-making.
