Robert Half Front Desk Coordinator in Troy, Michigan

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Troy, Michigan. This role is integral to our operations within the non-profit sector, where you will provide administrative support, manage data entry, and ensure top-notch customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests, reflecting our commitment to service as you greet and assist them.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk, including greeting and directing guests, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.

• Assist with data entry tasks, specifically entering client information into the database.

• Answer multi-line phone system, transferring calls as necessary.

• Handle and sort checks and debit cards for distribution.

• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks.

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and guests.

• Organize files and maintain a clean and orderly workspace.

• Assist with additional duties as assigned to support the team.

• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

• Utilize bilingual skills in English and Arabic to assist and communicate with diverse clients. Requirements • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Front Desk Coordinator

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks

• Experience in handling Multi-Line Phone Systems

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks

• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills

• Competency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in Organizing Files in a professional setting

• Fluency in Arabic Language is required

• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education level

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Must have a professional demeanor and appearance

• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

• Must be punctual and reliable.
