Description

We are offering an opportunity for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk in the telecom industry. This role will be fully-remote, although the main office is based in TROY, Michigan. This role involves managing billing functions, interacting with customers, and assisting with accounts payable tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage bills in a timely and accurate manner

• Prepare journal entries for billing adjustments

• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues related to billing adjustments

• Assist with Accounts Payable duties when required

• Manage and maintain multiple accounts simultaneously

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and other accounting software systems to carry out tasks efficiently

• Use Microsoft Excel for functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS to manage and analyze data

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in the handling of customer inquiries and issues

• Carry out collection processes when necessary

• Administer claim processes and other accounting functions as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics required

• Knowledge of Claim Administration

• 2+ years of Billing or similar experience

• Familiarity with Collection Processes

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Basic experience handling AP tasks highly desired

• Intermediate in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS
