*PAY: *$35 - $40/hr DOE; Earn COMMISSIONS immediately [Earning % based on Monthly Sales]. Average 1st year is $84 to $100K.NO Cap on earnings!

EXPERIENCE Needed:

• Must have an active OREGON State Plumbing License - Current active PL01 or PL02 License required
• Residential service plumbing experience of 2+ years
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to keep up to date on the Plumbing Business
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as a Team member
• Valid OREGON Driver's License

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to expertly diagnose, troubleshoot, and undertake a wide range of residential plumbing issues.
• Adhere with local and national plumbing codes to ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks are compliant.
• Participate in ongoing training opportunities and team meetings to support continuous professional development.
• Accurately track repairs and work completed in Service Titan
• Ability to lift heavy objects [up to 50 lbs. safely; up to 100 lbs. with a dolly or field assistance], work in attic and crawl spaces.

Our service area for this position is all over Greater-Portland area, Southern WA *(Vancouver and peninsula) and *Salem-area. This position will dispatch out of our Woodinville, WA Support Center. Interested candidates should live within a 25 to 35-minute commute of Portland, OR. Candidates should also have a safe place to park our company truck during off-hours. Will perform background checks (Motor Vehicle, criminal and drug screening) with an offer of employment.
