RENT A CENTER Sales Assistant Manager in Trinidad, Colorado
POSITION: Sales Assistant Manager
MUST: Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid Driver's license and good driving record. Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances. Great communication and customer service skills. Must pass a drug test. Must have previous sales and management experience.
SKILLS: Have experience working in a retail, sales, management, or service business. Computer literate . Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus. Great customer services skills, great leadership qualities/skills.
DUTIES: Supervision and leadership of staff. Be a team player. Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customer's homes and obtain new rental orders when needed on the sales floor and over the phone. Will complete deliveries and pickups. Follow all Handling and transporting company procedures, as well as keeping vehicles clean and properly maintained. Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness with both customers and fellow coworkers in mind by refurbishing merchandise to like new condition and keeping showroom dusted, vacuumed and organized. Delivery and set up. Collecting, processing, and accepting payments.
PAY: $19.00 an hour plus monthly bonuses, employer pays weekly

DURATION: Full-time, permanent position
SHIFT: Monday through Saturday to be discussed, however, hours can be flexible
