Notre site de Trévoux (300 personnes) est un centre mondial de recherche et de production dans le domaine du renforcement tissulaire implantable. Nous développons et produisons des renforts utilisés pour le traitement des hernies inguinales et ventrales. Ces produits de haute technologie favorisent l’implantation par des techniques chirurgicales mini-invasives et améliorent ainsi la prise en charge des patients en réduisant les complications post-opératoires. Depuis 1999, plus de 5 millions de patients ont été implantés. Environ 1 400 000 implants sont fabriqués chaque année, 90% d'entre eux sont exportés sur les cinq continents.

En tant que Spécialiste Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement (EHS), vous travaillerez au sein du département EHS sous le remplaçant du Responsable EHS du site de Trévoux. Vous développerez, administrez et mettrez en place des programmes liés à l’Hygiène, la Sécurité et l’environnement selon les exigences du gouvernement et de l’entreprise.

Poste à pouvoir en CDD de 18 mois.

Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées

Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

  • Création d’un programme de réduction des risques et de développement de la culture sécurité dans le département le plus accidentogène ;

  • Réalisation des tâches quotidiennes du service EHS :

  • Participation à la mise en œuvre des plans d’actions EHS (PAPRIPACT, plans d’actions correctifs et préventifs, etc.) ;

  • Mise à jour des analyses des risques EHS ;

  • Proposition d’actions de prévention dans les domaines EHS ;

  • Participation et gestion des analyses faisant suite aux accidents du travail (utilisation des outils de résolution de problèmes (arbres des causes, etc.) ;

  • Proposition de mesures correctives, s’il existe des dangers environnementaux, pour la santé et la sécurité ;

  • Organisation et réalisation de séances de sensibilisation ou de formation aux employés (ou les préconise) sur des questions environnementales et de santé et de sécurité ;

  • Préparation de communications EHS ;

  • Suivi des indicateurs EHS, des gamba EHS, campagnes de mesure d’exposition, suivi des plans de prévention, etc.,

  • Suivi des déchets ;

  • Mise à jour de fiches de sécurité au poste.

  • Participation aux projets du site en apportant une expertise EHS (analyse des risques, proposition de modifications, etc.) ;

  • Participation à la création d’une culture EHS plus renforcée sur le site.

Connaissances et expériences requises

  • De formation Bac +5 Ingénieur ou Scientifique, avec spécialisation dans le domaine EHS ;

  • Expérience de 2 à 3 dans l’industrie ;

  • Connaissances approfondies de la réglementation en matière EHS ;

  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances des normes ISO 14001, ISO 45001 ;

  • Anglais et français courant demandé ;

  • Maitrisez du Pack Office ;

  • Rigoureux/se et méthodique; faisant preuve d’autonomie, avoir la capacité de travailler de manière indépendante avec une supervision générales sur différents types de projet ;

  • Bonne capacité de communication et de collaboration.
