Siemens is seeking a highly motivated IT Services End User Experience Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of IT services by end-users, leading to overall satisfaction and productivity improvements. This role involves organizing and implementing measures to enhance end-user engagement, readiness, and training for new IT solutions and services.

What will be your role?

  • Organizes measures to ensure the effective use of IT services by the users resulting in overall end user satisfaction and productivity improvements.

  • Works towards IT solutions being used effectively by the end user.

  • Assists with preparing a designated area for the roll out of new services by ensuring that users understand the reasons and benefits of changes, assess users’ readiness for change. Identify training requirements.

  • Supports end-users and coordinates formal trainings during the roll out of new services, informal training and ongoing support for behavioral and cultural change initiatives to help people to use new technologies to be effective and efficient in their work.

  • Defines end-user requirements and supports their translation into IT demand requirements.

  • Builds an in-depth knowledge of the designated area, through observing and understanding how users in that area work, and what their specific needs are.

  • Builds relationships with users, delivering communications, engagement and support to users to ensure successful roll out of new services and systems.

  • Maintains key-user/IT coordinator communities.

  • Executes improvements of procedures and processes.

  • Consults IT services/projects on the location specific rollout of new IT services and functionalities.

  • Promote Innovation and Drive MVPs on emerging technologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience in IT service management, end-user support, or a related role.

  • Strong understanding of IT service delivery and end-user engagement.

  • Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and effectively engage with users.

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and innovation promotion.
