Cleaning Technician Job Summary

We are looking for a hard-working Cleaning Technician to join our commercial team. In this role, your main tasks involve carpet and upholstery cleaning services, as well as cleaning tile and hardwood floors. In some cases, you assist other team members with dusting surfaces and removing trash. You should have some janitorial experience or be familiar with the safe use of sanitation products and equipment. Cleaning Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide carpet and upholstery cleaning services
• Sweep and mop floors
• Perform additional housekeeping tasks as necessary, including dusting ceiling vents, light fixtures, and walls
• Assist with trash removal
• Move or cover furniture for deep cleaning tasks
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace

Cleaning Technician Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
• Commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical stamina
• Attention to detail
